Designing a clean, approachable technical guide for laypeople

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is a federal agency tasked with environmental protection matters. They needed a technical guide to managing air quality data that would feel digestible to a non-technical audience. I worked closely with copywriters to organize and chunk information into a digestible flow, as well as created diagrams to visualize complex processes.
