Illustrations visualize a planned 3-stage expansion across four regions

T4MA is a statewide coalition advocating for improved transportation systems in Massachusetts. They wanted a visually engaging strategic plan booklet to educate and inspire coalition members, as well as an illustrated metaphor to represent how their long-term goals can nourish four specific regions across the state. The river analogy was chosen after an exploration of different metaphors for growth and reach.
